Can you check other lenders?
As part of our service we check the whole BTL mortgage market to make sure that the rates offered through BM Solutions are the the most suitable for you. If there are better deals available from other lenders we will let you know and can take care of the switching process.
Can I go direct to BM Solutions?
Birmingham Midshires (BM Solutions) no longer offers mortgage products direct to customers, including servicing existing customers with product transfers. All products are only available through authorised Mortgage brokers, such as ourselves.
Is there any paperwork or forms to complete?
There are no forms or paperwork to complete if you select a new product transfer with BM Solutions​.
Are there any valuation or solicitor fees
There are no valuation or solicitor fees if you take a new product transfer with BM Solutions.
